We recognise that modern slavery remains a significant global issue and that businesses have an important role in identifying, preventing and addressing the risks of exploitation within their operations and supply chains.
Although Redei is not currently required to report under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), we voluntarily adopt this Statement as part of our commitment to responsible business practices, ethical procurement and continuous improvement.

1. Purpose
Redei Enterprises Pty Ltd (“Redei”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly and with respect for fundamental human rights.
We recognise that modern slavery remains a significant global issue and that businesses have an important role in identifying, preventing and addressing the risks of exploitation within their operations and supply chains.
Although Redei is not currently required to report under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), we voluntarily adopt this Statement as part of our commitment to responsible business practices, ethical procurement and continuous improvement.
2. Our Commitment
Redei has zero tolerance for modern slavery in any form.
We are committed to:

* identifying and reducing modern slavery risks;

We expect the same commitment from our employees, contractors, suppliers and business partners.
3. What is Modern Slavery?
Modern slavery refers to serious forms of exploitation where individuals cannot refuse or leave because of threats, coercion, deception or abuse of power.
It may include:
* forced labour;

* debt bondage;
* human trafficking;
* servitude;
* deceptive recruitment;
* forced marriage;
* child labour prohibited under applicable laws;
* exploitation of vulnerable workers.
Redei does not tolerate any of these practices.

Redei seeks to understand and manage modern slavery risks by considering factors such as:
* the country in which suppliers operate;
* industry-specific risks;
* labour practices;
* use of subcontractors;
* transparency within the supply chain;
* supplier governance;
* publicly available information.
While we currently consider our direct operational risk to be relatively low, we acknowledge that risks may exist within broader international supply chains.
7. Supplier Expectations
We expect suppliers to operate ethically and lawfully.
Suppliers should:
* comply with applicable employment laws;
* prohibit forced labour;
* prohibit child labour contrary to law;
* provide lawful wages and conditions;
* maintain safe workplaces;
* respect freedom of association where lawful;
* comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Where appropriate, Redei may request information regarding supplier labour practices and governance.
8. Due Diligence
Redei seeks to incorporate responsible procurement practices into supplier selection and ongoing business relationships.
Our approach may include:
* assessing supplier capability;
* reviewing supplier policies;
* considering ethical business practices;
* evaluating governance frameworks;
* maintaining ongoing dialogue with key suppliers.
Where concerns are identified, we will seek to work constructively with suppliers to understand and address the issues.

Where necessary, Redei will take corrective action consistent with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

This Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains appropriate for the size, nature and complexity of Redei’s operations.
