Our suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, distributors, consultants and service providers play an essential role in helping us design, manufacture and deliver innovative engineering solutions.
This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) outlines the minimum standards of ethical, legal and professional conduct expected of every organisation that supplies goods or services to Redei.
We expect our suppliers to embrace these principles not merely as contractual obligations, but as part of a shared commitment to engineering excellence, responsible innovation and sustainable business.
2. Scope
This Code applies to all organisations supplying goods or services to Redei, including:
* Manufacturers
* Component suppliers
* Engineering consultants
* Contractors
* Distributors

* Professional advisers

* Research organisations
* Service providers
* Labour hire providers
Suppliers are expected to communicate these standards throughout their own supply chains where appropriate.

4. Compliance with Laws

* Intellectual property laws
* Import and export controls
* Anti-bribery legislation
* Tax obligations
Compliance with applicable Australian laws is expected for all suppliers operating within Australia.

Redei expects suppliers to conduct business honestly, ethically and fairly.
Suppliers must:

Where suppliers work on Redei sites, they must comply with Redei’s safety requirements.

Suppliers should:

* minimise emissions;
* conserve resources;
* responsibly manage hazardous materials;

14. Quality
Redei expects suppliers to maintain robust quality management systems that deliver:

Where appropriate, suppliers are encouraged to maintain recognised certifications such as ISO 9001.
15. Product Safety
Products supplied to Redei should:

Suppliers should promptly notify Redei of any identified product safety concerns.
16. Responsible Sourcing

17. Information Security
Suppliers entrusted with Redei information must protect it appropriately.
